When my husband and I began looking for a builder, we were looking for a good character, a group of people we would smoothly communicate with and who would value their work ethics and commitment to providing us with the house of our dreams. Building a house is a challenge and it surely puts all your patience into test. We were grateful to meet with Phil, he was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of options to look at that would match our needs. We then began working with Linda as our contract manager, and she was always on top of things and doing her best to keep the boat sailing and she knows how to honor her words. Linda is organized and ready to assist as needed. Tom the super intendent worked hard and made sure he communicated with us as much as possible to assure that the work done met our expectations. He is experienced in his field and a good person to ask for advice in case you are new to building.

I do recommend Palmwood Construction for anyone willing to build their dream home.

I would also recommend that anyone embarking on a similar journey to be clear about their needs and to maintain a record of their interactions with the builder, to follow up on requests/changes and maintain a good energy, you will need it as the process might take longer than expected.

We just completed construction on our new home from Palmwood Construction. From start to finish, their employees were great to work with throughout the entire project.

From the beginning, Beth [our New Home Consultant] helped us get the right home that worked for our family and our lot. We made several changes to the floor plan at the beginning stage, Palmwood team patiently worked through all our questions and concerns.

Tom [The Superintendent] that managed our project was great,- and kept us informed throughout the project. He was very responsive when contacted for questions or concerns with our new home. He resolved many of the issues very quickly. Tom is a knowledgeable project manager and managed the subcontractors very well.

Philip and Robyn were the "go to" people to contact in the office with any questions or if we wanted to add any extras- I was on the phone with them a lot and they were always great to deal with.

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Chris and his team prove why Palmwood Construction has been in business for 60 years and still going strong. I will always recommend Palmwood Construction.

Over the years I have dealt with five different builders, three of them in the last eight years. Until I started to deal with Palmwood Construction I thought that all builders were the same and went out of their way to make the experience as unpleasant as possible.
